The Fyboard Manifesto
Software that respects how you work. Most enterprise software forces you to change to fit it. We believe the tool should bend, not the human. Adaptation over prescription.
Core beliefs
- Your data, your infrastructure. Fyboard adapts to where you want your data to live. Export everything; sync selectively.
- Workflows that forgive. When something fails, Fyboard recovers cleanly. The system handles breaks, not you.
- Context-aware AI. Intelligence woven into search and workflow suggestions — it understands your business, learns patterns, keeps secrets.
- Designed like you did it. If it does not feel effortless, it does not ship. No clunky admin panels.
What makes us different
- Operators, not boardrooms. Tested in actual business operations — contracts, document chaos, approval chains. Not built for demos.
- No surprises, ever. Transparent pricing from day one. No enterprise tax. No forced bundles.
- Engines, not apps. AlphaCore, FyDrive, DataBoard are surfaces on shared engines. Change propagates everywhere. Integrated, not taped.
Lines we won't cross
- No features for pitch decks.
- No fake urgency timers.
- No hidden pricing.
- No forced annual contracts.
- No selling usage data.
- No sunsetting without tools.
- No rebranding search as AI.
If we break these, call us out.
Software thatrespectshow you work.
Protecting what you build. Growing without breaking.
Adaptation over prescription.
Core Beliefs
The fundamental truths that govern every line of code we write.Non-negotiable.
Data Sovereignty
Fyboard adapts to where YOU want your data to live. We don't force cloud-only architecture or hold your information hostage.
Forgiving Workflows
Most platforms break when something fails. Ours pause, alert, and let you fix it without starting over.
Context-Aware AI
Intelligence is woven into the document layer. It learns your business vocabulary, not generic internet patterns.
Crafted Interactions
If it doesn't feel effortless, it doesn't ship. No clunky admin panels. No generic tables. Software is a craft.
Operators, not boardrooms
Tested where the work actually happens. Highway-project contract chains running through AlphaCore. Vendor drawings revised inside FyDrive. Audit trails on signatures that regulators come asking about. Not screens for a deck — surfaces for the next morning's standup.
In-region, in-tenant, on principle
FyBrain — the AI engine — runs inside your tenant, in your region. India by default; configurable elsewhere. No prompt and no document is shipped to an LLM API. Sovereignty isn't a checkbox we added late; it's the architecture we started from.
Engines, not apps
Seven modules — AlphaCore, DataBoard, FyDoc, FyDrive, FyBrain, Automation, People — read and write the same operational records. Eleven engines power them (three backend, eight frontend: TableKit, FyCal, FySheet, FyFormula, FyUI, apiIntelligence, DBML, JSON Viewer). Change one engine, every surface inherits.
Schema before screens
620+ schema models and growing. We map the operational entities — contracts, drawings, vendors, milestones, signatures — before we draw a UI. Most software starts at the surface and back-fills the model. We do the inverse, because we have to live inside what we ship.
Commitments we sign in public.
Most companies hide these details in the fine print. We put them front and center. These are the boundaries we will not cross.
Training for Your Org Only
We train on your data to make Fyboard smarter for *you*. Your proprietary information never feeds shared models or competitors.
No Lock-in
APIs are documented. You can migrate off whenever you want. We believe the only reason to stay should be quality, not captivity.
No Fake Intelligence
If it's rules-based, we label it. No smoke and mirrors. We don't call a search bar 'AI' just to raise prices.
No Hidden Limits
When features are experimental, we mark them clearly. No bait-and-switch on capabilities or surprise bills.
Lines we won't cross.
Each one of these is profitable somewhere. We refuse on purpose. The list is short because the cost of breaking even one is the cost of breaking the rest.
If we break these, call us out.
The long view.
Three horizons we've already committed to in public. Not a roadmap of features — a shape of what the platform must reach. The deadline on the third one isn't marketing. It's the EPC company we live inside, switching off SAP.
One platform, every horizon
A solo operator signs their first contract through AlphaCore. The same shape later runs a 50-person ops team. Eventually it runs the procurement chain of a ₹4,500 crore EPC company. No migration tax between any of those moments — same records, same engines, only the surface area changes.
Seven modules, eleven engines, one vocabulary
By 2029, RCL runs on Fyboard
Build better.
Break nothing.
Fyboard is in invite-only beta. We are growing deliberately, proving quality with every user before scaling.
