Welcome to Fyboard. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Fyboard product suite, including Fyboard, FyTools, and FyServices, plus paid subscriptions, checkout flows, support, and related services as we move into public launch.

The Fyboard product suite is made available by Fybyte Technology Private Limited ("Company," "our," "us," "we"). FyTools and FyServices are provided by Fyboard as part of the same product suite and are governed by these Terms unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
1.1 Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, accessing, downloading, installing, or using any part of the Fyboard product suite, including Fyboard, FyTools, FyServices, our website, mobile web surfaces, browser extensions where available, API, or any related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
Your acceptance of these Terms creates a legally binding agreement between you and Fybyte Technology Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the owner and operator of the Fyboard product suite. This agreement governs your access to and use of our services, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through Fyboard, FyTools, or FyServices.
These Terms apply to all production access, trial access, paid subscriptions, one-time purchases, support interactions, and launch-period onboarding made available through Fyboard, FyTools, or FyServices on or after June 1, 2026. If you used any part of the product suite during a waitlist, pilot, or pre-launch period, continued use after the effective date means you accept these public-launch Terms.
What constitutes acceptance:
- Creating a user account or profile
- Accessing any part of our platform or services
- Downloading or installing our software
- Using our API or integrations
- Starting a trial, subscription, or paid checkout
- Continuing to use our services after Terms updates
1.2 Corporate and Entity Users
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, organization, government entity, or other legal entity (an "Entity"), you represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal authority and capacity to bind such Entity to these Terms
- You are duly authorized by such Entity to act on its behalf
- The Entity has the corporate power and authority to enter into this agreement
- The execution and performance of these Terms have been duly authorized
The Entity agrees to be responsible for all activities that occur under its account and for ensuring that all users authorized by the Entity comply with these Terms. The Entity acknowledges that Fybyte Technology Private Limited will rely on the Entity's representations regarding authority and authorization.
1.3 Individual Users
If you are an individual user, you represent and warrant that:
Age Requirements
- You are at least 18 years old
- You are using the services for legitimate personal, business, or organizational purposes
- You meet any higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction
Legal Capacity
- You have the legal capacity to enter contracts
- You are not prohibited from using our services
- You will comply with all applicable laws
No Child-Directed Use
Fyboard, FyTools, and FyServices are not directed to children. If an organization allows a younger end user to access the platform, that access must be authorized, supervised, and lawful, and the organization remains responsible for the end user's activity and required consents.
1.4 Consequences of Non-Acceptance
If you do not agree to these Terms or any subsequent modifications, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Fyboard product suite. You are not authorized to access or use Fyboard, FyTools, FyServices, APIs, or related services if you do not accept these Terms.
What happens if you don't accept:
- You must cease all use of Fyboard, FyTools, and FyServices immediately
- You may not create or maintain an account
- Your ability to access or export account data may be limited to legally required or policy-supported options
- Any paid subscriptions may be subject to our refund policy
- We may take technical measures to prevent your access
1.5 Continued Use and Updates
Your continued access to or use of Fyboard, FyTools, FyServices, or related APIs after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such revised Terms. Fybyte Technology Private Limited will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes, but it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
How we handle updates:
If you object to any changes, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of our services. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
1.6 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms that apply to specific features or services (such as our Acceptable Use Policy, SLA, or Data Processing Agreement), constitute the entire agreement between you and Fybyte Technology Private Limited regarding your use of our services. These Terms supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or communications between you and the Company regarding the subject matter herein.
2. Definitions
Key terms and their meanings throughout these Terms
For the purposes of these Terms of Service, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below. These definitions apply throughout these Terms and any related agreements or policies. Terms not defined herein shall have their ordinary meaning in the English language or as commonly understood in the technology industry.
Company
Fybyte Technology Private Limited, a private limited company incorporated under the laws of India, having its registered office at House No. 85, Block-A, Sector Sigma-01, Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, 201305, India.
Fyboard
The comprehensive platform, product suite, and services offered by the Company, including Fyboard, FyTools, FyServices, the website, mobile web surfaces, browser extensions where available, APIs, and all related software and services.
We/Us/Our
Fybyte Technology Private Limited and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and representatives.
Affiliates
Any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Fybyte Technology Private Limited.
Platform
The entire Fyboard ecosystem, including Fyboard, FyTools, FyServices, websites, mobile web surfaces, desktop applications where available, browser extensions where available, APIs, integrations, and all associated services and functionalities.
FyTools
The Fyboard-provided utility tools and tool workflows made available as part of the same product suite, including current and future tools for documents, images, invoices, screenshots, text, data, and related productivity use cases.
FyServices
The Fyboard-provided services, service tools, managed workflows, and related service experiences made available as part of the same product suite.
Services
All features, functionalities, tools, content, and services provided through Fyboard, FyTools, FyServices, or the broader Fyboard platform, whether free or paid, including current and future offerings.
Website
The Fyboard website accessible at fyboard.com and all related subdomains and microsites operated by the Company.
Mobile Application
Any native Fyboard, FyTools, or FyServices mobile application we may release for iOS, Android, or other mobile platforms. At launch, mobile access may be provided primarily through responsive web experiences.
Browser Extension
Any browser add-on, extension, or plugin developed by the Company for integration with web browsers, if and when released.
API
Application Programming Interface - the technical interfaces, protocols, and tools provided by Fyboard for third-party integration and development.
Integration
Any connection, synchronization, or interoperability between Fyboard and third-party services, applications, or platforms.
You/Your/User
Any individual person or entity that accesses, uses, or interacts with the Fyboard platform or services, whether registered or unregistered.
Account
The registered user profile created on the Fyboard platform, including all associated data, settings, preferences, and subscription information.
Customer
A user who has entered into a paid subscription or purchased services from Fyboard, including both individual and enterprise customers.
End User
An individual who uses Fyboard services under a corporate or organizational account, typically an employee or team member.
Administrator
A user with elevated permissions to manage organization accounts, team members, billing, and administrative functions.
Guest User
An individual who accesses limited Fyboard functionality without creating a registered account.
Authorized Users
Individuals who have been granted access to use Fyboard services under a corporate or organizational account.
Free Services
Fyboard features and functionalities provided at no charge, which may include usage limitations, advertising, or reduced feature sets.
Paid Services
Premium Fyboard features and functionalities available through paid subscriptions or one-time purchases.
Subscription
A recurring payment arrangement that provides ongoing access to specific Fyboard services and features for a defined period.
Billing Account
The billing profile, organization, payment method, tax details, invoices, subscriptions, and checkout history associated with a user or organization.
Payment Processor
A third-party provider that securely processes payments for Fyboard. Fyboard currently uses Stripe and Razorpay for customer checkout and related payment operations.
Stripe
The payment processor used for card, wallet, and other supported payment methods, including international checkout where available.
Razorpay
The payment processor used primarily for INR payments, including UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets, and other India-focused payment methods where available.
Refund
A reversal of an eligible payment, issued through the original payment processor and usually returned to the original payment method, subject to bank, card issuer, gateway, and legal timelines.
Trial Period
A limited-time period during which users can access paid features without charge, subject to specific terms and limitations.
Beta Services
Experimental or pre-release features and functionalities provided for testing and feedback purposes, which may be unstable or incomplete.
Content
All records, forms, relational data, contracts, clauses, obligations, documents, files, invoices, screenshots, images, PDFs, text, metadata, graphics, videos, audio, software code, tool outputs, and other materials uploaded, created, processed, or shared through the Fyboard product suite.
User Content
Any content created, uploaded, posted, transmitted, processed, or shared by users through Fyboard, FyTools, or FyServices.
AI Output
Summaries, extracted data, classifications, embeddings, recommendations, generated text, or other results produced by AI-assisted or automated features in the product suite.
Tool Output
Files, conversions, exports, invoices, screenshots, compressed assets, transformed media, reports, or other outputs created through FyTools or FyServices workflows.
Terms
These Terms of Service, including all modifications, updates, and amendments made from time to time.
Privacy Policy
The Company's privacy policy governing the collection, use, and protection of personal information, incorporated by reference into these Terms.
Acceptable Use Policy
The policy governing permissible and prohibited uses of Fyboard services, which may be published separately or incorporated herein.
Intellectual Property
All copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, moral rights, and other intellectual property rights in and to the Fyboard platform and services.
Personal Data
Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, as defined under applicable privacy and data protection laws.
Force Majeure
Events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, government actions, or other extraordinary circumstances.
Applicable Law
All relevant laws, regulations, and legal requirements applicable to the use of Fyboard services, including Indian law and local jurisdiction requirements.
Downtime
Periods when Fyboard services are unavailable or not functioning properly, whether planned or unplanned.
Data
All information, records, files, documents, tool inputs, tool outputs, metadata, workspace activity, and digital content processed, stored, or transmitted through the Fyboard product suite.
Backup
Copies of user data maintained by Fyboard for recovery and continuity purposes, subject to our data retention policies.
Security Incident
Any unauthorized access, breach, or compromise of Fyboard systems or user data.
Third-Party Services
External services, applications, payment gateways, AI providers where expressly enabled, storage providers, or platforms that integrate with or are accessible through Fyboard, FyTools, or FyServices, but are not owned or controlled by the Company.
Cookies
Small data files placed on user devices to enhance functionality, remember preferences, and analyze usage patterns.
Session
A period of active user interaction with the Fyboard platform, typically from sign-in to logout or timeout.
Important Notes on Definitions
Singular and Plural: Terms defined in singular form include the plural and vice versa.
Gender: Terms referring to one gender include all genders unless context requires otherwise.
Including: The word "including" means "including without limitation" unless otherwise specified.
Updates: These definitions may be updated as we add new features or services to the platform.
Interpretation: In case of conflicts between definitions, the most specific definition shall prevail.
3. Account Registration & Security
Creating and managing your Fyboard accounts
3.1 Account Creation
To access most Fyboard services, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. Account creation is free where a free tier or public tool surface is available. Access to Fyboard workspaces, FyTools workflows, FyServices, paid limits, exports, AI-assisted processing, and organization features may require email verification, organization creation, plan entitlement, or successful payment confirmation before access is activated.

How to access and use the Fyboard product suite
4.1 Fyboard Product Suite Services
Fyboard provides a records-first workspace for business operations, plus FyTools utility workflows and FyServices service workflows. Fyboard covers forms, relational data, contracts, documents, files, automation, people operations, and AI-assisted extraction or analysis where enabled. FyTools and FyServices are provided by Fyboard within the same product suite, and these Terms apply across all three surfaces.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Service Plans & Pricing Structure
Fyboard offers free, paid, and custom service plans for individuals, teams, and enterprises across Fyboard, FyTools, and FyServices. Current pricing, supported currencies, included limits, and plan details are displayed on our website and in the billing dashboard before you complete checkout.
Each module, tool, service, add-on, usage pack, seat pack, storage pack, AI credit pack, export pack, or managed service may have its own tiers, price, renewal period, limits, overage rules, and refund treatment. The checkout screen, billing dashboard, invoice, order form, or written quote for the specific purchase controls the commercial terms for that purchase if it conflicts with a general description on this page.

- Examples include seats, storage, AI credits, automation runs, API calls, export packs, batch jobs, or service deliverables
- Unused credits or packs may expire, roll over, or reset only if the checkout terms say so
- Add-ons may be non-refundable after activation, consumption, delivery, export, or substantial use

Pricing may vary by module, tool, service, tier, add-on, seat count, storage, usage, region, currency, gateway, and plan. Taxes and fees are shown separately unless a checkout screen states that they are included.
5.2 Pricing Changes & Notifications
Fybyte Technology Private Limited reserves the right to modify pricing, tiers, add-ons, usage packs, included limits, credits, overage rates, and bundled features for our services. We will provide advance notice of material price changes to existing paid subscriptions when practicable and honor existing committed subscription terms through the current paid period unless your order form states otherwise.

Important Distinction
While users retain ownership of their original content, using Fyboard, FyTools, or FyServices may create processed files, extracted data, metadata, AI Output, Tool Output, or other enhanced versions that involve both user content and platform technology. 7.5 Data Security & Protection
We implement security measures to protect your account data, workspace data, tool inputs, outputs, files, and billing records from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. For launch, Fyboard's default production application and database hosting is in AWS Mumbai, with related files, backups, logs, queues, and processors managed according to the Privacy Policy and customer configuration.

7.6 Data Sharing & International Transfers
We limit data sharing to specific, necessary purposes and only work with trusted partners, sub-processors, and payment processors needed for infrastructure, storage, backups, logs, email, AI/OCR processing, analytics, monitoring, billing, support, and security. We never sell your personal data.

Payment Data Handling
Stripe and Razorpay may collect and process payment method details, fraud signals, device information, and transaction metadata under their own terms and privacy practices. Fyboard stores gateway customer IDs, payment IDs, invoice records, tax details, subscription status, add-on status, usage-pack records, and refund references needed to provide billing, support, refunds, audits, and legal compliance.
Legal Disclosures
We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with business transfers. We evaluate all requests carefully and disclose only the minimum information necessary.
7.7 Data Retention & Deletion
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, as instructed by an eligible customer, or as required for billing, security, backups, disputes, tax, accounting, legal compliance, or applicable law.
Retention Periods
- Account Data: Active period + 30 days
- Content Data: Workspace, tool, and service content retained per user settings, plan limits, and legal requirements
- Usage Logs: Processing, API, security, and analytics logs retained as needed for operations and compliance
- Support Data: 3 years unless a longer legal or dispute period applies
- Financial Records: 7 years (legal requirement)
Deletion Process
- Deletion based on retention policies and customer instructions
- User-requested deletion target within 30 days where applicable
- Soft deletion followed by hard deletion or anonymization where feasible
- Backups and archives deleted on rotation unless legally preserved
- Deletion verification and documentation where required

8. Prohibited Use
